it would hover slightly above resting
and not dare to float any higher
though it would strain to, sometimes

to keep it from soaring

because what goes up must come down.

that those wings did reach so tall

My cat, Kaisa. Named from Philip Pullman's series, His Dark Materials.

Its an amazing shot of his eyes, because he ALWAYS closes his eyes for pictures, even when there is no flash. I caught him this time, though. I think he likes being photographed, he adds slight variations to each pose he makes.

it's just a bit outta focus!! rar, and maybe, maybe crop a tad off of the right...so damn close to being the best animal picture evar.
